13 February 2018: We are pleased to inform that Tanishq Lean retailing has won the ET Now Global awards for Retail Excellence conducted by Asia Retail Congress at Taj Mumbai on 13th February 2018 in “Best Technology Initiative / Implementation“ category for the Automation & Integration of Karat meter, Weighing Scale & POSS. The ET Now Global Awards for Retail Excellence is Asia’s single most important global platform to promote world-class retail practices.
The award was presented by Mr M. Narendra, Apex Board Member, Reserve Bank of India & Former Chairman & MD, IOB and was received by Mr Alagappan, Head – Customer Service & Lean Retailing, Mr Bharathan and Mr Vivek of lean retailing. Other dignitaries for the event include Mr S. P. Shukla, Group Executive Board Member, Mahindra Group, Dr Sumit Sabharwal, MD, OCS UK Group and Prof. Indira Parikh, Ex. Dean IIM, Ahmedabad, etc.

World of Titan wins Best Customer Experience Program in the Retail Sector
2 February, 2018: We are pleased to inform that SMILE, Create Magic - (The Customer Experience Program for the WOT channel) has been awarded as the Best Customer Experience Program in the Retail Sector: Single / Specialty Format at the Customer Fest 2018.
The award was handed over by Ms. Sallie Burnett, Founder & CEO of Consumer Insight Group and Mr. KT Prasad, Country Director, Zendesk and received by Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharjee, (Head - Retail) and Ms. Megha Rai (Assistant Manager - Customer Experience).
SMILE, Create Magic is the Customer Experience program of the World of Titan channel launched in December 2015. This program is aimed at providing an experience to each customer that result in them walking out of the store with a smile, irrespective of whether he/she has made a purchase.
The program looks at the experience delivered to the customer from the perspective of the interaction with the store team, the impact of the store look and feel and engagement with the customer to build a lasting relation.
This initiative was awarded for the Best Customer Experience – Retail Sector (Single / Specialty Format) at The Customer Fest 2018 from amongst 220+ entries screened from 80+ companies & selected by a panel of 32 members. The award ceremony was organized by Kamikaze B2B Media, held on 2nd February 2018 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
