It provides structured conversations that begin well before the leave, so expectations are clear, and transitions are smooth. It offers reintegration plans that are thoughtful and human, acknowledging that returning to work after a life-changing experience requires sensitivity and flexibility. And it turns coverage into an opportunity whether through internal project redistribution or programs like Sequal, which bring skilled professionals back into the workforce.

What truly matters is the spirit behind these measures. It is the understanding that life does not pause for work, and work should never stand in the way of life.
