The Graduate Engineer Trainee cadre was established in 1986 to provide Titan with a pool of young, high-potential talent that becomes part of the talent pipeline for the organization's manufacturing/technology leadership team. At Titan, we recruit and develop young talents from engineering colleges across India who have the potential to become future leaders.

It is a 4-month structured journey wherein trainees are taken through the entire value chain of the major manufacturing processes across 3 business units followed by final role allocation.
