Outstanding Titanian Dream Team Awards
As the name suggests, Outstanding Titanian and Dream Team are Titan's prestigious awards given to the year's exemplary individuals and teams. The 21st season was hosted on a virtual platform this year - a first of its kind. This season we had 10 nominations for OT and 99 i.e just short of a century for DT. These 109 nominations were assessed and evaluated by a 12 member jury for more than 70 hours in 3 months, shortlisting it to 23 DT and 4 OT nominations. The OTDT platform featured the nominee reveal and a project showcase of shortlisted nominees along with a fun photo op.
The event was a celebration of the hard work put across by the Titanians across the company including TEAL and CaratLane, our subsidiaries. This year's theme 'Nurture the Winds of Change' was very apt to the current scenario and encapsulated the sentiment of the organisation, infusing positivity and the spirit of celebration.
