Titan Footprints
Volunteering is in the DNA of Titanians and has been branded as 'Titan Footprints.' Titan has always encouraged and has been proud of its volunteers, championing various community initiatives right through its inception. Under the umbrella of Titan Footprints, we have several engagement initiatives, some of which trickle down from the Tata Group level.
-Tata Volunteering Week (TVW), celebrated twice a year with its event-based format, brings together Tata volunteers from across the globe to participate in acts of volunteering.
- Besides TVW, employees and other members could also volunteer for CSR projects and standalone activities like blood donation drives, veterinary camps, tree plantations, and more.
- One of our associates, Rana Uppalapati, skated for 100 days along the nearly 6,000-km-long Golden Quadrilateral to raise funds for and spread awareness about educating the girl child as part of the ECHO initiative. ECHO stands for 'Educate to Carry Her Onwards.
- Titan has included community engagement as part of the emerging leader's programme to encourage the participants to holistic leadership development.
